Application Unification

Desktop, web, and operational applications that grew by accretion. One architecture the staff can use, with old paths kept alive until they are empty.

Legacy estates

One System the Staff Can Actually Run.

Unification is a migration problem, not a branding exercise. Users keep working while domains, data, and UIs move behind a shared model—desktop and mobile where that is the job, CRM and cloud where the book of record already lives there.

Scope

Proofs of concept that combine desktop and mobile in one framework, then expansion into an enterprise information system over disparate legacy applications. Separate inventory, timekeeping, and operations tools become modules instead of islands.

On the finance side: assemble a team to combine legacy products into a unified architecture integrated with Dynamics CRM and deployed on Azure, after the prior system has been stabilized.

Settings

Entertainment and retail operations; custom fintech suites; logistics platforms spanning Microsoft and Linux on AWS.
